Appears to be a charlatan;</p>
<p>his stance on lectins are at this time not supported by much evidence. (but lots of YouTube testimonials)....</p>
<p>note: big overlap with fodmaps that may account for the observed effect.</p>
<p>I BELIEVE the fodmaps story.</p>
