        This looks great ... it was strongly recommended to me by John Smart  (Accelerating.org);  
        however, it is very complex and I first should learn to use

        Power Point and Outlook and MS Project.  It may be unnecessarily complex.  I'll stick with 
        TheBrain until I really need this level of complexity, if ever.

        Do look at the audiovis tour of MindManager (I did today) ... it is cool, but complex.  It 
        does integrate with Outlook (for phone numbers, calendar, etc.)

        It facilitates putting MindManager maps to and from from PowerPoint and MS Word to 
        integrate content.  It obviously has a much larger installed base

        than MindManager but is really complex.
