Refusenik, Soviet dissident;  translated for Andrei Sakharov;
mathematician from Moscow Instit of Physics and Tech.
He was in prison for nine years. In solitary confinement for years.

        Now is member of parliament and member of Likud Party (right wing coalition party).

        1) Moral Clarity: Hezbollah used civilians as human shields for their missiles. Shot
        4,000 missiles into
Israeli cities. 150 deaths. 1/3 of Israel population was in shelters.

        Britain was hit with 4,000 missiles by Germany; it sent RAF into Dresden etc. to firebomb
        those cities full
of women and children.

        Israel showered Lebanon with leaflets to advise people to get out ... that they were
        planning bombing raids.
They only targeted missile sites, bridges and other structures where arms could be
        resupplied.

        2) Hezbollah high command was meeting in one bldg that Israel knew about. It was in the
        midst of civilians.
Instead of using 5,000 lb bomb they used much smaller bomb to protect civilians. Because
        of that,
the commanders were only sl injured.
