etc.   (note...  this is clearly ad hoc  but recaptures the idea from my VALIDITY scale in my thesis.
 
IV:  evidence based on opinions of respected authorities based on clinical experience,
descriptive studies, case studies or reports of expert committees.
 
V:  expert's biased opinion.</p>
