after  Clay Holroyd's exclt talk today;  Fri Sem today.
Clay is on sabbat. at Stfd for 1 year til July 2013 from Univ of Victoria.
 
I ask Clay if u can do ERP for < $1000 with hobbyist level eqpt... he says..
NO...  eqpt costs abt  $30,000 .

measure with EEG;

must do many many trials  (perhaps a 100 or more)
and take an avg;  resulting avg is the ERP.
 
random bkgrn  from EOG, EMG, EKG  + line noise, fluor lamps;
 
Clay's talk was about the N2  (about 200 to 250 msec) and accentuated
