DOES&#160;NOT&#160;CONTAIN&#160;ANY&#160;FOLATE... in fact it was used in a study (see below) fo exactly that purpose...

control group on Centrum liquid had NO supplemental folate (since it is NOT present in the liquid).

The experimental group got a 1 mg pill of Folate... &#160;&#60;&#60;&#60;So &#160;Bob ... DO&#160;TAKE Folate 400 mics per day at least..

No: &#160;do NOT take folate!&#62;&#62;&#62;

The UPPER&#160;LIMIT on folate &#160;(vitamin B9) is &#160;1 mg per day... &#160;dietary sources are leafy veggies

FOLIUM means LEAF.

get it from &#160;veggies/ leafy veg.
