elected to American  NAS in 1950... one of the premier neurophys in the USA.
 
(note misspelling in  Horton and Adams paper...  Lorente de No is his last name
father was Francisco Lorente and mother was Maria de No).
 
born Zaragoza, Spain.
'came ot USA in early 1930s and here since then.</p>
