Semantic WEB: this is a crucial article. (This reminds me of

my grant applications written to NLM 20 years ago.)</p>

Semantic WEB is an evolving extension of the WWW in which web content can be expressed not only in natural language

but also in a form that can be read and used by software agents.

It derives from W3C director Sir Tim Berners-Lees vision of the Web as a universal medium for

data and knowledge exchange.</p>
