I strongly recommend this new talk by Josh Tenenbaum (MIT) presenting foundational issues in developmental psychology (a la Liz Spelke/ Alison Gopnik,) emphasizing what current headline AI programs (multi-layer ConvNets) cannot do and probably have no hope of doing. &nbsp;This is super entertaining as well as important. &nbsp;He groomed this Feb, 2018 talk for Google HQ but here presents it at a seminar on AGI at MIT. &nbsp;The talk also underscores why academic cognitive psych (with its long time horizon) is so important.
