entire hemisphere of monkey ....   252 electrodes...
 
each electrode is 1 mm  yield of  99.5% functional electrodes.
 
conductor paths are 30 microns.
 
whole array is  60 by 35 mm.
 
see companion article... implanted in a monkey for  4.5 months  all electrodes working perfectly still.
record  fromvisual cortex.  pub May 2009.
