Alcohol Ethanol

I hate fucking alcohol. I was keen on getting to bed last night without nite eating.

I was sailing along, felt great, wide away at 11:30-MN. So, I thought OK -

I'll have 2-3 of my vodka + lemonades. They did knock me out after reading for a bit ...

asleep prob. at 12:30. I slept well, but had a HA in the AM - now I'm ok; but,

no work in the AM, felt drugged. What the fuck is the point? NO. NO.

Do not ever drink again. I cannot do it. Better: soft lights, hot bath, decrease caffeine

(or dump caffeine). Read, relax; no work - or just go to bed late - so what, I can always sleep

at noon.

Basicaly, all the articles below make it clear that alcohol disturbs sleep.

The third article - by Karl Doghramaji MD - is short and sweet; alcohol disturbs the

second half of sleep. Forget it.
