Height seems to have been 5'7" in bare feet with heels bringing him up to 5' 9".
He had a size 29 waist at the top of his career and a weight of anywhere btwn 99 and 130 lbs (var sources on internet).
Michael Jackson is quoted as saying that Fred weighed 99 lbs (same as me at age 25).

<div id="post_message_13285954">Astaire was a size 29 at the height of his career. He wasn't a very big guy, only 5'7" with a weight of 135 pounds. Crosby was also around 5'7" although he occasionally claimed to be taller. 29 or 30 would probably be about right for him too.</div>
