Do not acutely stop Sinemet or other Parkinsons drug. It may precipitate a major crisis or neuroleptic malignant syndrome. 
Also do not use Risperdal or Haldol or Zyprexa. They may also cause it. 
 
Only use Seroquel for psychosis in a Parkinsonian patient. </p>
