Can CONSC CAUSE behavior... can it CAUSE decisions?
Can it CAUSE other CONSC states?

1) Is CONSC real?  Absolutely! and not an illusion and not reducible.  yes.
2) CONSC caused by BRAIN?  yes.
3)  CONSC realized by brain as high level or system feature...  yes.
