This consumed a few hours today.
I made mistake of uninstalling GWX control panel BEFORE I re-enabled Win10 installer.
(I mistakenly assumed that uninstalling GWX control panel would automatically
re-enable the Win10 installer and the icon in the task bar. NO!
To re-enable Win10 installer, you must manually click that button in GWX control panel.
And also you should enable Windows Updates. You will see the Win10 window in
the task bar... You click upgrade now... it says starting download for about
10-15 mins and then it says... you have a reservation for Win10... you will be notified.
You don't need to do anything else. (So, do this AT NIGHT at 3AM!!! Do NOT do
this during day... it is interminable... also do NOT request updates to Win 7...
that is also a massive time sink.) This is a pain in the ass!

Yes. Today I downloaded GWX Control Panel and ran it.
I got rid of the Win 10 downloaded files and I disabled the Win 10 Update OS upgrades.
