Assignment from the Immersion Session

Participants are expected to complete the following tasks as part of the immersion:

1. Gather Inspiration and Design a Cluster

• • Over the two days of immersion, collect the various ideas and inspirations shared (described as "fireworks").
  • Use the cluster curriculum pack to design and review these inspirations into a coherent cluster.
  • This cluster design should represent a future-focused, expansive idea for your practice

2. Submit Your Cluster Design

• • By the end of the week (Friday), email your cluster design to the facilitator with a note about what you want to try or launch.
  • This will help set you up to launch the idea in 2027

3. Complete the Practice Review Pack

• • Use the practice review pack as an end-of-year review tool to identify gaps or cracks in your current practice design.
  • Reflect on your progress and reach out for help if needed,

4. Update Your Dashboard

• • Keep your progress dashboard up to date to make your progress visible and maintain momentum

5. Engage with the Community

• • Meet at least three new people each day during the immersion through breakout rooms and networking opportunities
