How to Create Link Types

<p>In TheBrain 7 Link Types can now have directionality, labels and attachments assigned, in addition to the color. The name of the link type will also appear on the link itself. However, if you have text on the link label for the link that is highlighted it will overwrite any link type text.

To assign a link type to your link:</p>

<ol>

<li>Click the link to select it. As a visual indicator that you have selected the link, thoughts on the plex will fade slightly and he Thought tools tab will change to a Link tools tab.&nbsp;</li>

<li>Click the Type to show a list of the Link Types you have created. You may select a link or choose <b>New Type</b> to assign the thought a new link type.

To change the settings on the Link type:</p>

<ol>

<li>Click the Type to show a list of the Link Types you have created, and assign it a type or create a new type.</li>

<li>Click the arrow/circle button next to the Type. This will open the Link Type window where you can set the label, color, width, directionality and attachments.

To delete a link type, when you have the Link Type window open click the trash can button.
