Integration (We-Flow)
What is Integration?
- In the context of “Life-integration”
- We know something has been integrated when it “doesn’t come back again”, for example as a memory, a “have-to-do”, or an afflictive emotion
- We know integration has happened because we internally experience these outcomes:
- The individuals’ “many parts” feels more unified, “clicking”
- a subtle or large increase of fundamental wellbeing in the background or foreground
- Life has a sense of being more simple
- Less projects ongoing but more aliveness for each
- Less seeking of multiple needs (love, etc…) as they are coming from more inner access and inner autonomy
- More space is experienced where in the same circumstance in the past there was pain and contraction
- Sadness & anger are transmuted through warm grief, into creative power, and a more comfort with safe vulnerability
