a short summary regarding our discussion today to involve team Neugeschäft into the Alligator:
We will organize a meeting with Alex Koch (PO) and at least one team member from Team Neugeschäft. The purpose is to explain the concept of Alligator so that they understand it and know what to expect = to create a common understanding.
In my humble opinion, the meeting can be a good base for further collaboration, however close it will be, however it will look like
