with regards to team:

context switches sometimes not fully there. Half mind still on other tasks.
onsite better than online workshops
online - camara on = invite again - in order to see the feeling, interaction, usefulness
team communication is amazing, both professional and personal.

Not a lot of communication with Matthias. More with BA because answer is quicker. Or no need to contact him. Easier with BAs.

With Claude Code things did improve! Everyone uses it now.

Think of improvement in terms of gamification - we finished only that many stories, how can we level up and finish a little higher?
