What MIRCI Stands For
- MIRCI™ is an acronym that represents five operational principles of the 'Survival-First™' philosophy: Margin, Improvisation, Resilience, Coexistence, and Insight
- Margin (M): The space that must be created, protected, and restored by leaders who prioritize readiness over efficiency.
- Improvisation (I): Recognized as competence in motion, where preparation meets the unknown without fear.
- Resilience (R): The capacity that must be cultivated to absorb, adapt, and recover without losing coherence or purpose.
- Coexistence (C): Must replace the illusion of control, recognizing complexity in people, systems, and environments.
- Insight (I): The element that must close every learning loop, converting experience into intelligence and preparedness
