• Without EARLY ADOPTERS, traction is never achieved
• EARLY MAJORITY REALIZE the VALUE of the new idea and it finally CATCHES ON
• LATE MAJORITY are conservative, risk-adverse clinging on to the old
• LAGGARDS (later discuss ignore and forget or consider as Outliers)
• Rule of thumb: Innovators + Early Adopters = 10% to cross the chasm
