Sunday, July 23, 2023:

08:30am: Bad sleep last night because my stupid air mattress doesn’t hold air anymore. Did you ever try getting out of an air mattress that only has half of its air? I was nearly on the floor. In the past four years, I have purchased more than five with the built in inflater and every one of them has done this to me. I really like sleeping on an air mattress when it functions properly but this is plain ridiculous. Why do I keep buying them? Because I don’t need a heavy mattress and box spring and I can move an air mattress around easily to clean or rearrange my room when I want a change. This company is call Intek or something like that and they aren’t cheap. So there’s my rant for the day!

It’s been pretty quiet around the building for the past week. Apt 102 claims that Ms. X has decided to retire! He also said that he saw Mr. Z walking around the complex checking the lights; which means Mr. Z was here after hours and that is extremely odd.

Apt 102 is on my radar because he once told me that he couldn’t read yet the other day he casually mentioned that he had been “on my computer all day.” How does that happen? He also said his key to the building wasn’t working for him anymore. Could that be related to me invoking the Law of Encroachment?

A few nights ago, I sat outside chatting with Apts #102, #104, and #106. The new house rules that are supposed to take effect on September 1, 2023 clearly state that no alcohol is to be consumed in any public areas, inside or outside. Apt #102 was imbibing and refilled at least once while I was there. He takes walks claiming to get in shape but drinking alcohol does not support “getting in shape.”

I took it upon myself to rearrange the bulletin boards in the hallway. There are three of them; one is for

Community News, one is for Tenant to Tenant, and one is for Services from Pioneer Place. Most of what was posted on the Tenant to Tenant was community news...so I moved it all there! Then I posted all the pages of HUD’s “Resident Rights and Responsibilities” front and center on the Tenant to Tenant board. I even included some of my artwork on the board! By the time I was done, I was laughing out loud. The only things left on the Pioneer Place board was two lonely pieces on the whole big board.

Ms. X has a spot for her “services” and guess what? There is NOTHING there.

Found out last Sunday that my brother, Joe, is working with Gov. Evers. Based on our conversation, I believe Mr. Evers is a Republican in disguise!

My sister-in-law (Joe’s wife) told me yesterday she belongs to a FB group for epileptics. Although she hasn’t had a seizure in years, some of the people in the group report having “constant” seizures. I told her to post in her group that Med Beds are coming and that she should offer HOPE to her group members for future relief of their suffering.

Took my girl-dog (Oreo) for a ride in the country yesterday. She gets very upset and trembles when we go for rides so I thought I would start working with her to reduce her anxiety about it. I want it to be an enjoyable experience for her rather than anxiety-provoking. Happy to report that I observed new, clean roads and improved signage. What a joy! I’m sure there’s more to come...Hwy 51 has got to go...from top to bottom...without a doubt.

My sleep pattern has changed...I’m back to a first-shifter; up early in the morning and to sleep by a decent hour.

Management seems to think there are rats on the properties. This suggests that they used some kind of pest control chemicals somewhere but there are no flags or info about it. There are numerous holes in the lawn and in the patch where I’m trying to put in my flowers. These holes look like ant hills to me. I am suspicious.

Got my new driver’s license the other day. It has a “star” on it…….woooooohooooo!

09:36am: I’m going to the Columbia County Fair on Wed. 7/26/2023 to listen to some country music (for free!). I used to go to the WI State Fair every year until they put in electronic scanners at the gate to get in (like at the airports). The country flavor of the State Fair is gone...it’s so commercialized that I can’t bear to go anymore. Anyway….it would be outstanding if Derek Johnson was singing at the Columbia County Fair…..I would shake my keys at him!!! He’s such a good guy.

10:06am: A man and a woman walking their dogs just stopped across from my window while one of the dogs pooped. The woman picked it up, tied off the bag, and set the bag full of poop down on the grass where she stood. The young couple then walked off with their dogs leaving the bag behind! Who does she think is supposed to clean up after her? This is BS.

10:38am: So while I was planting flowers, this same couple came walking back and picked up the bag of poop. If she hadn’t I would have been on her “like ketchup on a burger, sending out flack!”

12:20pm: I am building a mindmap for Derek Johnson to use as he wishes. I believe it will easier for people to manipulate and absorb “the documents.” A reader can have Derek’s document open at the same time as the mindmap and click on the relevant video in chronological order. I used his titles of links as the titles for the corresponding “thoughts” in the mindmap. That way the reader does not get lost in going back and forth within Derek’s documents. It took me 8 hours to create Part Four which was 45 pages of Derek’s documentation; the other 3 are much larger (more pages) so it won’t happen overnight but I will keep at it. I believe it will be a useful teaching tool. As will my “Repository” mindmap. I do not possess the technological skill set to embed or share these mindmaps; Repository is quite large as I have been building it since the 1990s. But I am confident that the right people will know how to access them and what to do with them once they are complete. I will keep you posted in that regard.

07/24/2023:

07:02am: This morning I checked the Tenant to Tenant bulletin board and sure enough somebody took down the Trump quote (that I stapled in four corners to make it hard to remove) that I posted 2 days ago. It was from the State of the Union address in Feb/2020 that said something like whoever attacks our citizens forfeits their life. I have to go listen to it again now to get the exact quote. This time I am going to write it twice so I have a spare to put it up again.

Derek is on fire today with nearly 2 hour video...not done with it yet.

08:17am:

I found the quote, “If you attack our citizens, you forfeit your life” at 1:29:30 on the State of the Union Address of 2/4/2020. I decided not to repost it since I now know that I have put the fear of God in someone in this building. Let them sit in fear.
