Research & Development Expenditure

<p>In tracking research &#38; development, it is more likely that there will be costs classified to multiple categories i.e. human resource costs, rent, consumables &#38; more.&#160;

Think carefully about creating line item categories in the client-side accounting system for Research &#38; Development costs, for whichever category is of relevance i.e .Human Resource Costs, if possible, maintain separation of R&#38;D related costs. This will make it easier to prepare the R&#38;D Tax report.

This categoty can be used for R&#38;D-related costs that cannot be easily classified to other sections of the Chart of Accounts.</p>
