Objectives

To train and provide proficient radio communication personnel who are skilled in assisting community organization during emergency
To maintain a close Liaison between emergency services such as the Honolulu Police Department and State Civil Defense.
To provide and maintain suitable amateur radio communication equipment and networks suitable for use during emergencies.
To provide a Liaison between other emergency organizations in order to maximize effectiveness of operations.
