#60 FOR NOVEMBER 18, 2025 MEMO/POST

Last night, at 7:17PM, there was another two-car drive by, as I was parked at the front door of Love’s Travel Center. I first noticed the blue flashing lights of one of the cars out on the street. The two cars pulled in so I could see them, appeared to communicate with each other as one car was facing one direction opposite of the other. The lasted for a minute or two then they both pulled out, turning south down the street. I do not know what is down that street but it seemed odd to me because that is the same direction that all these tow trucks head to after they do a sweep of Love’s parking lot on the north side. At 7:24PM, they both came back; one pulled up and appeared to park right in front of Love’s while the other patrol car drove past me, heading west, on the south side of Love’s where all the semis park. Love’s staff (x2) was out in front during this and one of them appeared to approach the patrol car that was parked; that car then left and the other appeared to sweep the north parking lot. It seems to me that they pretend to leave but perform this same behavior repeatedly to visually threaten me...for what? Defending myself with words? For defending myself against lawfare? For telling the truth? 1200/w
I DID NOTHING WRONG. I reported Elder Abuse, FRAUD, and HIPAA VIOLATIONS. Those LEOs probably do not even know what HIPAA is, or Elder Abuse, since in their case, it is blatant. I understand the Racine, Wisconsin, Sheriffs took over the local LEOs in Racine, which is just south of Oak Creek, WI. Good for you guys! Can you make that happen up here? Think about it….these people are driving around the community with TASERS AND GUNS. Surely, I am not the only person they have pulled this shit on. Where the fuck is the National Guard? Are they in league with the tow truck? Stealing cars to put in a police auction? Where are they getting them from? Where does the money go? Do the LEOs get first pick of the vehicles? Do they underbid and get them for a fraction of their value? People whose vehicles have been impounded or stolen (like my 2005, Toyota, Sienna by Darby Lee Beaudet in Minocqua, WI) want to know!
