Compiler Trigger Rule:
- On days when Today < Next Due Date: Display "04:00 - 04:45 PM: Buffer & Administration (No calls due today)".
- On the exact Next Due Date: Automatically inject "[ ] 04:00 PM: Call [Person] ([Cadence] check-in due)".
- When the user logs that the call is completed, advance Last Contacted Date and reset the next 30-day interval.
