Minimum standards
My 16 rounds cannot be sacrificed. Spiritual life, service quality and decisions must remain consistent with Krishna-conscious principles and the mood of spiritual authorities.
Important relationships
Guru and spiritual authorities, senior devotees, devotees in service, wife, children and the people served through Gurukula, Bhaktigrama and preaching.
Main capabilities required
Steady chanting, scripture-based understanding, service attitude, association, self-observation and the ability to maintain Krishna consciousness amid changing responsibilities.
Main recurring responsibilities
Sadhana, spiritual programs, scripture study, devotee association, service and ongoing anartha work.
Typical projects that may arise
No projects are created here. Future projects may support sadhana, service quality, spiritual education or preaching.
Protection from interference
No role may silently displace Krishna consciousness, 16 rounds or the mood of spiritual authorities.
Delegation and successor
Devotional life is not delegated. Service responsibilities may be transferred so that devotional life can deepen.
Role conflicts and resolution
This role may conflict with time pressure, family, Gurukula, community, learning or preaching. Resolve conflicts by protecting spiritual anchors and applying the Life Constitution rather than sacrificing them for productivity.
