Main priorities
Student welfare, Krishna-conscious education, dependable curriculum and evaluation, healthy parent relationships, and beginning the transfer of teaching competence to others.
What should become established
A coherent educational approach, reliable observation and evaluation, constructive parent relationships, and initial teacher-training practices.
What should not yet be taken on
Do not assume permanent ownership of every Gurukula system or all Bhaktigrama responsibilities. Continue developing systems that others can carry.
Readiness for the next stage
Readiness means that teaching quality is stable, educational principles can be explained, student development can be evaluated responsibly, and other teachers can be trained under supervision.
What should eventually be delegated or transferred
Routine teaching, portions of evaluation, admissions processes and parent communication should progressively become performable by other qualified teachers.
Relationship to the ultimate mission
This stage turns individual teaching experience into a foundation for a Gurukula capable of serving many children across generations.
Important transition risks
- Remaining only an excellent individual teacher without building continuity
- Overconfidence in evaluating children
- Expanding systems faster than teacher quality
- Allowing administrative work to reduce student care
