L3

L3 = Little Living Laboratory

• my L3 is simple and small:

Study

• • a 3x4 m² study in an typical Dutch house, in the country town of Uden
  • an almost fifty year old desk (dating back to when I studied at HTS Rotterdam in the 70’s)
  • desktop computer
  • NAS

• • on my very own MIM desk: 12 year old mini laptop 32 bits, with Linuxmint 19.2, modern web browers, and a 19 inch screen attached - and of course: mouse and keyboard...
  • internet connection
  • oceans of time to experiment ;)

Living Room

• • depends on what is available: at this time an eMac = 15 years old
  • an assortment of tablets, phones that otherwise would be thrown away...
  • my observation: nothing has changed, while everything is changing... if you get what I mean!
