In the world we live in, some people get creative because they like to explore, and/or are not satisfied with the way things are...

Let’s look at mind mapping as an example: for many years paper and pencil(s) were the tools to create beautiful static mind maps. Than the personal computer came along. Some decades went by, many apps were built to create these static maps on screen. In my view we’re still in the phase of imitation...

The world is a big place, so I may not be aware of all the applications that have embarked on a journey to harness the power of the tools in our hands now.

One of them has become my favorite daily tool: theBrain. In my opinion the dynamic focus and context, make it an application that has started experimenting with some authentic features, that one can’t accomplish with pencil and paper. When I first downloaded, and tried using the app I thought: “Amazing stuff!” ;)
