Program Mission
To realize the full potential of the Microsoft 365 productivity platform throughout CNB by developing skilled M365 Champions in every corner of the organization. And to help the Technology and Innovation Group to better understand the business needs specific to departments and groups.
Program Description
Two or more candidates from each department or major business unit can be nominated to participate in the program. Participants will receive special training in the Microsoft 365 platform with an emphasis on productivity. The initial training sessions will be 90 minutes, once per week for 4 weeks. After initial training is completed, Champions will attend a monthly meeting. This will help Champions keep current on the ever expanding capabilities of Microsoft 365. Champions are also invited to attend special online presentations provided by our Microsoft representatives
Champions will have direct access to the Champions Program Director. They can ask general questions and discuss the business needs in their department for which M365 might provide a solution.
