!EMAIL forces the memory to to be processed as global for the JAPER Email Customer.

!DOMAIN forces the remember to be processed for the domain therefore a JAPER Command Authorisation Email is sent.

!CLEAR removes all precog for topics specified else all precog for the JAPER Email Customer.

!PRECOG emails the precog calculation for the topics or all topic if not specified

!TIME lifespan of the memory, ie: 15M, 1H, 3D, 3Y
