Heart Coherence Technology

Based on research conducted at HeartMath Institute over the last 32 years, we offer the emWave^™and Inner Balance™ heart-rhythm coherence feedback devices (Coherence Tech).

Our Coherence Tech™ is designed to help you quickly self-generate a highly efficient physiological state called heart coherence. It measures your heart’s rhythmic activity using heart rate variability analysis. Coherence tech "tells you" when you’re actually in the physiological state of heart rhythm coherence rather than assuming you are.
