Only Now is Real

Look at how easily we accept

common beliefs in illusion!

Neither the past nor the future

has any reality separate from

the present moment --

and yet we act as if

each is Real.

This is one of the

fundamental assumptions

I am encouraging you to

re-examine and investigate.

Look into the heart of

your own immediate experience

and you will see,

without a doubt,

that only Now is Real.
