Ideas for Using TheBrain
If you decide to download and install TheBrain for your own personal use, there are a variety of ways you can use TheBrain in conjunction with your own exploration of the DiscoveryNow library:
- Bookmark library resources in your own personal brain for future review, and for sharing with others. (Any project you create using TheBrain can be kept private or shared publicly, whichever you prefer.)
- Collect your own thoughts and ideas as you are browsing online or exploring DiscoveryNow.
- Use the resources in DiscoveryNow as a starting point for creating your customized neural retraining program. Then you can log or track your neural retraining progress, and document your discoveries and insights, within your own personal neural retraining brain.
- Create your own unique Commonplace Books or curated collection of links, articles, quotations, graphics and other digital resources.
- For example, see this sample (demo) ebook created in TheBrain.
- Create a gratitude journal or a meditation journal.
- For example, review the benefits of wandering through the DiscoveryNow library as a starting point for finding resources and inspiration for creating your own "discovery journal" within TheBrain.
