Devil's Claw: Nature's Very Scary Anti-Inflammatory - YouTube

Cautions:

Mild gastrointestinal disturbances may occur in sensitive individuals, especially at the higher dose levels

Patients with gallstones should consult a physician prior to using the roots

Contraindicated in gastric and duodenal ulcers, and cases of known hypersensitivity to the roots . Owing to a lack of safety data, it should not be used during pregnancy and nursing.

Drug interactions

An extract of the roots did not inhibit the activity of cytochrome P450 isoform 3A4 in vitro, suggesting that Devil's Claw would not interact with prescription drugs metabolized by this enzyme.
