A.A. Ames

1902-10-06 Albert A. Ames opens photography business in Cheney operated from residence at 215-217 Normal Ave until about 1916. 1920 census finds him in Bozeman MT.

A.A. Ames was born in 1875 in Franklin PA. He moved with his family to Lincoln NB. He took a 2 year photography course while in Nebraska.In 1902 he went to Kansas City where he worked in a leading studio, He was married there on October 6. In 1903 he located to Cheney.
