ACT Plaque

June 2022:

Made a wall frame to take a laminated sign plaque that illustrates a commemorative event of a plane crash that occured in Akaroa back in June 1940.

Mounted on the wall of the shop that was opposite to the shop that got destroyed by fire due to the crash.

The two on the left are the son and father who was a kid at the time right next to the crash site. Right is ACT Trustee & myself.

The frame corners were all dovetailed and secret screw fixed to prevent vandalism.
