David Grusch

David Grusch is a former intelligence officer in the United States Air Force who gained significant attention in 2023 for his claims about the U.S. government's involvement with unidentified aerial phenomena (UAP), commonly known as UFOs. He made these statements during interviews and testimony before Congress, asserting that the U.S. government has recovered non-human technology, including craft and biological materials, as part of a classified program.

Grusch's testimony is part of a broader effort to increase transparency and congressional oversight regarding UAPs, which have been subject to growing public and governmental interest. His claims have spurred debate, with some supporting his allegations, while others are more skeptical.

Before becoming a whistleblower, Grusch served as the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) representative to the U.S. government's UAP Task Force. He was also a former deputy assistant secretary of defense for intelligence. His revelations have been widely covered by media outlets and have contributed to ongoing conversations about the military’s secretive studies on UAPs.
