fluorescent CTD (10nM) - shows no RNA interaction : denatured or monomer? premium capillaries due to sticking, use 0.01% pluronic

fluorescent CTD (10nM) - shows interaction with CTD at 300nM in MST - can this be a dimerisation event? upon interaction again sticking - this time in premium.

• use higher pluronic to avoid sticking
• use higher protein conc for RNA binding exp in MST
