E. New evaluations

<p>For this the button NEW EVALUATION has to be activated. Starting from the initial position (green bars at the left) the bars can now be brought to the new values (at best determined beforehand in a working sheet) considering the degree of accordance with the respective rule.</p>

<p>After clicking one of the right bars an editor appears where the explanations corresponding to the new position can be noted. At the same time it will be indicated for which value between 0 and 100 the bar was adjusted showing the difference to the initial state by an arrow.</p>
