G. Compare with the "paper-computer"

The button COMPARE allows the comparison of the network of the effect system with the values noted in the consensus matrix. Strong red lines (value 3) or strong orange lines (value 2) show agreement. The arrows not corresponding with the impact matrix (or having there only the value 1) stay black.

On the other hand the strong effects with value 3 in the impact matrix not having been taken into account in the effect system appear as thin red (mostly slanting) connecting lines between the variables.

By again clicking the button COMPARE the comparison is switched off. The original tableau appears. The comparison can also be carried out under CONNECT.

ATTENTION: The pattern of the Effect System should be built up independent from the Impact Matrix, since both tools have different purposes (see 'The Background' in the Info window). The comparison, therefore, should only be used to point out discrepancies and not to copy the matrix. Besides of this copying a former working step might also perpetuate eventual faults from there to the next step.
