Get Thought Tags
In TheBrain 15, "Get Thought Tags" is a utility command used to extract, reference, or programmatically pass the list of tags assigned to a specific thought.
Its primary uses include:
- Data Interoperability & Exporting: It allows you to pull the tag metadata associated with a specific thought node so you can copy, view, or inject it into external scripts, documentation, or other notes.
- Bulk Data Management & Automation: If you are running advanced operations or local API/scripting workflows in v.15, getting a thought's tags enables you to evaluate what categorical flags or labels are active on that node for conditional filtering.
- Cross-App Referencing: Similar to getting a deep-link, pulling thought tags helps maintain consistent metadata when synchronizing or referencing your network structures across external text editors or databases.
