Session Note: 09.19.2026 Batch processing of table errors

I had Cerebro run a workflow process on this table and I have noticed even when I do this manually, that the last column gets duplicated and in this case triplicate.

Also same issue on 2026/9/20 a different table

In addition I am seeing a consistent error with Cerebro not creating the proper format for plain text to internal links to existing thoughts.
