Metadata/update-date Inconsistency that Can Mislead Users

The thought’s displayed modification date is still June 25, 2026, despite the stored note content clearly containing the newer procedure. That could reasonably cause someone to question whether they opened the correct template.

Editing a thought’s notes through the available integration updates the note content successfully, but the thought’s displayed “Modified” date does not change. This makes it difficult to determine whether a template is current.

Please confirm whether note edits are expected to update the thought modification timestamp, and whether there is a known issue with the metadata or API reporting an outdated modification date.
