Various fixes and improvements

• When linking to an existing thought, the source thought and thoughts already linked to it with that relation are shown greyed out in the search results; clicking one explains why it cannot be chosen

• When linking several existing thoughts at once, the search text stays after each pick so you can choose another match from the same results

• In notes, a YouTube or Vimeo link written as a linked thumbnail image now plays as an embedded video when "Show YouTube and Vimeo links as embedded videos" is on

• In notes, clicking an image that has a link now shows the link hint

• The brain color on inactive tabs is dimmed so the active tab stands out

• "Set as Thought Icon" now works on web link attachments, using the site's icon as the thought icon

Fixed: The timeline strip showed no events on computers set to some languages, such as Danish, Finnish and Indonesian

DESKTOP: Fixed: Deleting an attachment's file from a thought's folder could also remove a newer version of that attachment that existed only on the server

Fixed: Dropping a web address onto a thought or the plex was sometimes ignored, depending on the app it was dragged from

Fixed: Sometimes after replacing a thought's icon, the plex kept showing the old icon until the brain was reopened

I just installed this update and within minutes I had a strange behavior. I was cleaning up a table (deleteing extra columns) from a table that I imported from a baseball data site, which I do all day long. When all of a sudden the word I had done for the last two minutes just vanished and reverted back to where I started immediately after pasting the data. In the recent past I have seen this behavior but I could hit undo and it would be back. This time there was no undo available and theBrain froze up.
