Latest Best Estimate Forecasting

<p class="MsoNormal" style=" text-indent: -.25in;"><span style=" font-size: 10.0pt; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; mso-fareast-font-family: Times New Roman; color: black;">The Latest Best Estimate (LBE) Project for the Abbot Molecular group is net new functionality to be added to Salesforce.com to allow the Sales representatives the ability to enter their monthly forecasting sales numbers and the ability to translate them into units for management reporting.  In the current state environment, sales reps and management spend several days entering sales data.  The key objective of this project is to reduce the total number of days sales representatives and management are spending entering forecasting customer, sales and product data. Additionally, there is a need for the ability to quickly provide a more accurate forecasting in number of units for inventory tracking purposes. </span></p>
