<p>Millie says: I just interviewed Brian Gleber - he has experience with Salesforce as a developer but I would not classify him as a Technical Architect but as an experienced developer. Great personality, great experience but does not want to travel internationally or for extended periods of time.</p>

<p>He is based out of Rochester, NY and currently with Model Metrics. Brian is making a base salary of 150K plus a bonus of 10K. I think it would take a total comp plan of approx. 190-195K for him to make a move. He has begun to look at new opportunities in that comp range.
