Problem Statement: Currently the Institutional Sales team uses multiple systems in IM including SFDC (for CRM), Sales Central (for sales documents), Conquer (for expense management), Patrol (gift/entertainment) & Outlook Calendar for scheduling. JPMC is looking to create a consolidated summary view of all the critical information required for Sales teams in a single dashboard, to eliminate the need for Sales team to login to multiple applications for basic information. They want the dashboard to render data in runtime and they would prefer to host the dashboard in-house, with the solution interacting with other systems including SFDC using Web services and other channels. They are interested to understand SFDC’s offerings and capabilities to build this solution in Salesforce itself as another cloud based service. They know that the client has already started to engage SFDC on this. Salesforce is not the only solution being considered for this.

Our team supports the existing SFDC environment and has a strong understanding of the evolving techno-functional needs behind this initiative. We can detail the factors which might go against a Salesforce-based decision and collaborate with your acct team to provide the strongest possible solution. Our team has a strong relationship with Ajay Angadala, who would be the plan manager for the program, also with CIO Dan Lynch, and they are in the process of connecting with Nick Harness, who recently joined the team.
